Limited Lifetime Warranty
Your Ra-llet rubberized wallet/money clip is warranted for a limited lifetime from the original purchase date. The Ra-llet warranty covers defects in craftsmanship of the rubberized Ra-llet or clip. The defective Ra-llet will be replaced with the same color and style, unless inventory of that style and color are depleted. At which point, you will be allowed to replace your Ra-llet with any other color. Replacements are FREE; however, customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling fees.
Three things are required prior to receiving a replacement:
1) Please see the return guidelines for obtaining a RAF (return authorization form).
2) Please return the defective or unwanted product.
3) Please send a copy of the original receipt or the original receipt itself, as proof of purchase along with a printed copy of your RAF (return authorization form).
Ra-llet Signal Shields / Warranty
Your Ra-llet Signal Shield cards are warranted for up to 1 year from the original from the original purchase date. The Ra-llet Signal Shield cards warranty covers defects in the internal circuit failure, not external normal wear and tear as with a smart card. Proof of purchase via the original receipt and professional documented proof of internal circuit failure, are required prior to receiving a replacement. Upon receiving a replacement Ra-llet Signal Shield, the warranty does not restart from the point of replacement. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees.

2) Please return the defective Ra-llet.
3) Please send a copy of the original receipt or the original receipt itself, as proof of purchase.
Life Cycle of the Ra-llet Signal Shields
The Ra-llet Signal Shields internal components life cycle is valid for up to 3 years at which point we recommend buying replacements.
Note: Most debit and credit cards are in service for up to 3 years.
Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 3 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. The item must be returned with the original receipt to ensure full credit.In addition, the item must be unused and in original packaging. If the item is unpackaged, it must be in like-new condition.
If your package is delivered and there is damage to the item(s) contained inside, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or call 980.297.8531 within three (3) business day and we will exchange your damaged device(s) for new units. Please allow (3) business days for inspection and (2-4 days) for reshipping of your item(s).
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 980.297.8531 within three (3) business days for your RA (return authorization) number for the item(s) you are returning. Once you receive your RA (return authorization) you have seven (7) days to ship us the unwanted item(s). Item(s) must be shipped back to us in “Like New” condition. Please allow (3) business days for inspection and processing of any refund, if applicable.
